STEP is a global professional body of over 22,000 legal, accounting, and trustee professionals dedicated to helping families plan for their futures. We uphold high professional standards, inform public policy, promote education, and connect practitioners worldwide.

STEP NY is the local branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners ("STEP"), a global professional organization of private client practitioners. Our primary purpose is to improve public understanding of the issues families face in relation to inheritance and succession planning, and to promote education and high professional standards among our members.
